We offer both short and long-term care, depending on your current health needs. At Serene Unity Home Care you’ll have every health support option easily available to you, not to mention nutritious and tasty meals. 

You’ll get help with daily tasks like dressing and bathing from staff that feel like family and believe it’s a good day when they can help make yours better.

       We provide six private bedrooms with half bathrooms and closet space. Each room is fully-furnished and includes a hospital electric bed. We designed each room with premium amenities and personalized touches, ensuring to one's preferences. Residents can request their own furniture, personal items, and/or pictures be brought into a room to help comfort their needs.

HOUSE CALL DOCTORS

       Getting your older adult to the doctor’s office for an appointment can be difficult or sometimes impossible. Going to a doctor’s office can also expose seniors to germs or harsh weather. Another bonus is that the doctor usually spends more time with the patient when they're at home. You won’t have to fit all your questions into a 15-20 minute visit. Just keep in mind that house calls aren’t for emergency situations (call 911 instead). They’re basically like a regular office visit.

 

HOUSE CALL PHYSICAL THERAPISTS

       Physical therapists work with you to improve and restore mobility and muscle strength. Skills are taught in the comfort of your home by specially trained physical therapists.
